Shaddock is innocent of all Pappas' charges

"Without Question, We, the Jury, find the Defendant Not Guilty"

J. Escobar, Foreman, February 2, 2002 and signed by Judge Benjamin Kendrick on the 11th day of June, 2002

In 1996, Shaddock started the to educate the tenants of miserly millionaire landlord Louis Pappas in their rights by Virginia tenant law, and to assist them in the recovery of their rightful security deposits.

In retaliation, Pappas falsely accused Shaddock of various unfounded misdemeanors, ranging from trespassing to assault.  Shaddock was quickly found Not Guilty by the jury.

Pappas also claims that Richard Shaddock
stole his keys, and was found Not Guilty

* Even though Frederick was on the lease, Pappas thought Shaddock's name was Richard, and created an "alias" to try to put him in a negative light.  Shaddock's nick name is "Rick" and no one but Pappas called him Richard.
